"Moutai Chun" (nicknamed "Outstanding Son of the National Liquor") is the predominant brand of the Corporation. At the time of inheri-ting traditional brewing technique of Moutai, modern and scientific blending techno-logy has been integrated in the production of Moutai Chun, and it is the prominent representative of densely fragrant liquors.

Ever since 1997, the Corporation has also developed brands of "Kweichow Fu, Lu, Shou, and Xi Liquor", "Maoxian Chiew", "Kweichow King", "Kweichow Techun", "Jianshan Duojiao" and "Jiachang Chiew", etc. The Corporation inherits traditional brewing technique, and views the transmission of national liquor culture as its own task, and is the strategic embodiment of "predominance of one product, development of various products" of Moutai Group. In 1994, the Corporation passed the certification of ISO9002 Quality System, which provides firm backup for the guarantee of product quality. In 1999, Moutai Chun was appraised as National Quality Qualification Food, and won Green Food logo; from 1999 to 2002, the Corporation has won Provincial-level Contract-Performing and Credit-Respecting Unit for 3 successive years; in 2003, both Moutai Chun and Kweichow Fu, Lu, Shou, Xi Liquor won "WorldStar 2002 Package Design Award" in Barcelona. Among over 500 liquor samples in the "2004 Brussels China International Liquor Appraisal", Jiachang Chiew won the Gold Prize and Moutai Chun won Silver Prize.
